MacOS 10.11 and higher

Before You Begin:
Check the version of Citrix Receiver installed on your machine, click here (supported on Safari web browser)


MacOS 10.15: If you recently updated to Cataline 10.15, you MUST update the Citrix Workspace App

Citrix WorkspaceApp version 2301 or higher is required.

To perform these steps, you must have local administrator permissions.
  1. Citrix Workspace app for macOS software version 2301 or higher is required.
  2. Download and install the Citrix WorkspaceApp for macOS software version 2301.

NOTE:

Users on Mac OS X 10.10:
Citrix Receiver 12.7 only supports upto Mac OS X 10.10. Download the 12.7 Citrix Receiver client here

Once the Citrix Workspace client has been upgraded, there are two ways to access the environment:

Method 1:  Using a web browser through https://remote.imf.org

Method 2:  Using the Citrix Workspace client app through the following steps:

  1. Open the Citrix Workspace Application (Finder > Applications > Workspace)
  2. Type your email address

 

  1. Enter your user credentials (Network ID, Network password and RSA PIN+Token)

 

  1. Select IMF External

 

  1. It would log you into the environment for the first time

 

  1. Once authentication is complete, it would log you into Citrix where you could launch the published desktops or applications

 

You are now ready to login and use the New Citrix environment using the Citrix WorkspaceApp.
